摘　　要：目的了解山东省五莲县20岁以上居民代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的患病状况及流行特征。方法采用现况调查方法,通过多阶段分层随机抽样方法,抽取2个乡镇(街道)共2 127名20岁以上居民进行问卷调查、体格检查及空腹血糖、血脂等生化指标的检测。结果五莲县20岁以上居民中MS的患病率为7.90%,男性(9.94%)显著高于女性(6.10%)(P<0.05)。具有1种或2种代谢异常者占调查总人数的54.73%,MS中以高血压伴超重/肥胖及血脂紊乱的组合为主,占58.33%。结论调查地区MS的患病率低于国内其他地区,但具有1种或2种代谢异常的比例较高,MS的潜在威胁不容忽视。Objective To analyze the epidemic features of metabolic syndrome in Wulian county,Shandong.Methods A multiple-stage sampling method was implemented to select 2 127 residents over 20 years old for epidemiological survey on metabolic syndrome in Wulian County,Shandong.Participants were interviewed at home and invited for a physical examination at local medical center.Blood samples were collected for biochemical testing,including fasting plasma glucose,cholesterol and triglyceride.Results The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome was 7.90%（168/ 2 127） in residents over 20 years old in Wulian county.The syndrome was significantly higher in male（99/996,9.94%） than in female（69/1 131,6.10%）.There were 54.73%（1 164/2 127） of residents over 20 years old with one or two metabolic abnormities.The main combination of metabolic abnormities was hypertension accompanied with overweight/obesity and lipid disorder（58.33%）.Conclusion A high proportion of adult residents had one or two metabolic abnormities in Wulian county.Lifestyle modification should be taken for the treatment of metabolic syndrome.
