河北省沧州市在押人员艾滋病筛查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解对在押人员进行艾滋病筛查的作用及意义。方法对沧州市2005-2009年通过各种途径发现的HIV阳性者的资料及各类监管场所的在押人员筛查资料进行汇总统计,采用SAS8.0软件进行分析。结果沧州市累计筛查检测各类人群704 080例,共检出HIV抗体阳性94例,阳性率0.013%;累计筛查在押人员18073名,检出HIV阳性18例,占受检人数的0.100%。将在押人员与受检人群在万人以上的另外4类人群对比,各组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=160.468,P=0.000)。结论沧州市艾滋病疫情以性乱和注射吸毒的流动人口传入为主,以性传播为主要途经在本地扩散。对在押人员进行筛查,对于早期发现艾滋病感染者、保护群众、降低干警职业暴露的危险并及早采取防护措施有重要意义。Objective To understand the function and significance of AIDS screening in prisoners.Method Summarizing the data of HIV positive patients which were found by various routes in Cangzhou during 2005 to 2009 and prisoners screening data of all kinds of custody,analyzing the data by SAS8.0.Results Accumulative total of 704 080 of all kinds crowd were screening and tested in Cangzhou,94 HIV positive cases we detected,positive rate was 0.013%.Accumulative detected 18 073 prisoners,18 positive cases were detected,positive rate was 0.100%.Prisoners group and detection group have obvious difference compared with other 4 kinds of people（χ2=160.468,P=0.000）.Conclusions The afferent routes of HIV epidemic in Cangzhou were sexual disorderly and injections drugs of floating population and sexual transmission was the main route in local spread.Prisoners screening had important significance for earlyfinding HIV infected persons,protecting the public,reducing the occupational exposure risk of policemen and taking early protective measures.
