摘　　要：目的了解柳州市居民健康素养水平,为制订提高市民健康素质的政策和措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取柳州市15~69岁居民800人,调查员采用全国公众健康素养调查问卷对调查对象进行调查。结果收回有效问卷753人份,回收有效率94.12%;柳州市居民健康素养平均得分为（66.72±14.30）分,有24.60%的居民得分达到80分以上;民族、文化程度、职业和月收入4个因素是柳州市居民健康素养是主要影响因素。结论柳州市居民总体健康素养水平较低,需要大力开展健康教育与健康促进工作,提高健康素养水平。Objective To investigate the health literacy level of urban residents in Liuzhou,and provide scientific evidences for making policies and measures to improve the health literacy.Method Adopting stratified random sampling method to select 800 residents aged at 15 to 69 of Liuzhou.Using national public health literacy questionnaire to carry out investigation on objects.Results 753 available questionnaires were retrieved,the effective recovery rate was 94.12%,and the mean score of health literacy was（66.72±14.30）.24.60% of the residents reached over 80 points.The four major factors affected the level of health literacy were ethnic,cultural level,occupation and monthly income.Conclusions The health literacy level of urban residents in Liuzhou was low,so we need to energetically carry out health education and health promotion to improve the health literacy level.
