公安机关执法规范化建设中的语言规范——以执勤执法用语的模式规范为视角

摘　　要：执勤执法用语规范与否直接影响到公安机关的执法质量、执法形象和执法效果。针对不同执法环节,建立刚性的执勤执法用语的模式规范,是把规范执法具象化的有效方法,是提高人民警察执法法律效果与社会效果的有效途径,但如果模式规范制定得不科学、不合理,反而会给民警执法带来困扰。在制定执勤执法用语的模式规范时,必须遵循效率原则、易表达原则、易理解原则及互动原则。The standard of law-enforcement wording directly influences law-enforcement quality,image and effect.It＇s an effective way to visualize standard law-enforcement and improving police law-enforcement legal and social effect through establishing rigid model of standard of law-enforcement wording based on various link of law-enforcement.However,unscientific and unreasonable model of standard will perplex police＇s law-enforcement.Principles of efficiency,easy to express,easy to be understood and interaction should be abided by while making models of standard of law-enforcement wording.
