摘　　要：责任事故犯罪是指自然人或单位,在从事生产、作业、经营或运输的过程中,违反特定注意义务,由于主观上的过失而导致不特定多数人人身伤亡或者物质损毁的严重结果的行为。面对社会经济日新月异的变化,有必要对责任事故犯罪进行重新界定,并在此基础上归纳出责任事故犯罪涵盖的法条范围,以期奠定新形势下研究责任事故犯罪的基础。Liability accident crime is the behavior that the natural person or entity violating particular note obligations due to subjective negligence and make most people injury or death or make the serious results of physical damage in production, operation＇ business or transportation, violation. Facing the changes of social economy, it is necessary to redefine the crime of liability accident, and concludes the law limits based on this, expecting to lay the basis of studying liability accident crime under the new situation.
