摘  要:目前各国稠油主要采用注蒸汽的热采方式,即向地下油层内注入高温高压蒸汽。注汽过程中的能量损失,特别是井筒中的能量损失,直接影响热采效果。采用一定技术手段保证井筒隔热效果,对保持稠油热采效率起重要作用。提出了注汽施工中存在的一些问题。为了解决这些问题,提出油管接箍隔热扶正技术、井下热胀补偿器隔热保护技术、长效汽驱用热采封隔技术和二次封固技术相结合的改进技术,以提高隔热油管井筒隔热性能和使用寿命,保证稠油热采效果。并通过试验验证了该方法的可行性。Now in some country,heavy oil is exploited by method of injecting hot steam,namely,injecting steam of high temperature and high pressure into underground oil layer.The loss of the energy would effect on the effectiveness of hot mining during injecting the steam into underground,especially,the energy loss of wellbore is serious.It is important to improve the heat insulation effect of wellbore by some methods for ensuring the efficiency of thermal recovery.Some problems about steam injection construction were proposed.According to these problems,the improving technology was proposed to ensure the efficiency of thermal recovery and to enhance the insulation performance and useful time which combining the technologies of centralizing the thermal insulation oil pipe and insulating the thermal compensator underground,technology of thermal recovery packer with technology of secondary cementing.The feasibility of this method is verified by experiments.
