摘  要:对于喷射泵湍流场,采用k-ε湍流模型,在不同喷嘴入口流速条件下进行了数值模拟,给出了流场的速度分布、压力分布以及湍动能分布曲线。对流场特性分析表明,湍动能在喷嘴出口处和扩散管初段出现峰值,喷嘴出口处无量纲湍动能峰值位于不同的的径向位置,而扩散管初段的无量纲湍动能峰值则处于同一径向位置上。分析外特性结果表明,湍流场数值模拟结果与理论值吻合较好。最后分析了影响喷射泵的效率的因素,提出了在低流量比范围内的主要因素为流体混合损失,而在高流量比范围内的主要因素为喉管和扩散管摩擦损失。研究结果对进一步数值模拟以及工程应用有指导意义。The turbulent flow field of jet pump is simulated with k-ε model in different nozzle inlet velocity.Distribution of velocity,pressure,turbulent kinetic energy are got.Analysis of flow field characteristics shows that turbulent kinetic energy peaks are generated at the nozzle outlet and the beginning of diffusion tube,dimensionless turbulent kinetic energy peaks are at different radial locations for nozzle outlet but they are the same at the beginning of the diffusion tube.Analysis results of external characteristic show that the simulation results of turbulent flow agree well with the theoretical value.Finally,impact factors of the jet pump efficiency are analysed,finding out that the main factors is the loss of fluid mixing in the context of low flow ratio,and the main factors in high flow context is friction losses of throat and diffuser pipes.The results of this study are instructive for further numerical simulation and application of engineering.
