摘　　要：通过SolidWorks中Animator可实现折弯过程中的刚性物体移动,然后用VBA编程对采用钣金建模的铜母线的折弯尺寸添加数学关系,并重新建模,从而完成物体的变形动画。最后利用视频软件将动画合成,并将合成的动画导入触摸屏,从而使数控系统界面可模拟真实折弯过程,便于用户操作,确保成品母线的尺寸要求。The rigid body movement in bending process can be realized by Animator of SolidWorks,then adding mathematical relationship for the bending size of copper busbar modeled as sheet metal and rebuilding model with VBA programming,thus it completes the distortion animation of the object,finally using video software composes animation.And the touch screen imports the animation,thus make Nc system interface can simulate the real bending process,user-friendly,ensure finished products busbar size requirement.
