摘 要:针对钻井工程中经常遇见的钻井液、水泥浆等赫-巴流体在偏心环空中的复杂流动问题,应用FLUENT软件在紊流条件下进行数值模拟计算和分析,得到了不同参数下的赫-巴流体偏心环空流场特性。给出了偏心度、稠度系数、动切力等主要因素对速度和压力分布影响的规律性。结果表明,偏心度对偏心环空流场的速度分布影响很大,而稠度系数和动切力对流速影响不是很大,对轴向压力的影响较大。数值模拟对钻井工程以及其他领域中此类问题具有现实意义。Aim at complex flow problems of drilling fluid,slurry and other Herschel-Bulkley fluid flow in eccentric annulus which often met in drilling engineering,application of FLUENT software for numerical simulation and analysis,characteristics of Herschel-Bulkley fluid flow in eccentric annular with different parameters are obtained,and the influence of the eccentricity,consistency coefficient,dynamic shear force and other main factors on the velocity and pressure distribution is given,the results show that the eccentricity have great impact on the velocity distributions of eccentric annular flow field,but the consistency coefficient and the dynamic shear force have little impact on flow velocity,but have greater impact on the axial pressure.Through analysis,this has practical significance for later analysis in later drilling project and such problems encountered in other field.
