摘　　要：各国在建设低碳城市的过程中,形成了不同的发展模式。以英国、日本为代表,比较国内外低碳城市发展的特点,为我国建设低碳城市提供借鉴。There have been different development modes in the course of building the low-carbon cities all over the world.The paper made a comparison of the different features of development modes in the construction of the low-carbon cities.The comparison can provide some reference for the construction of low-carbon cities.
