摘　　要：网络环境下,用户需要与技术变革使得图书馆的导读工作发生了新变化,图书馆员应正确认识导读工作的本质,强化服务意识,采取积极措施,贴近用户需求,开拓新的服务空间,不断提升导读服务的质量。Under the condition of network,the needs of readers and changes of technology leads to the changes in the reading guidance,librarians should understand the essence of reading guidance,and strengthen the service consciousness to meet the demands of readers effectively.It should develop new service fields continuously to improve the quality of library service.
