摘　　要：电子病案是时代发展的必然趋势。分析电子病案在其发展过程中遇到的一系列暂时难以解决的关键问题,如电子病案标准化,电子病案尚未得到法律认可,安全及真实性以及对教学的影响等问题。要解决这些关键问题,寻求电子病案的发展方向和出路,需要全社会的关注,尽快确立应有的法律地位,制定规范的标准,实施可行的技术,以推动电子病案的健康发展。Electronic medical record is an inevitable trend of development of times.A series key problem that can＇t be solved for temporary of electronic medical records during their development,such as standardization of electronic medical records which are not been proved by law,their safety,truth and effect to teaching and etc.It needs concern from the whole society for solving these key problems and for searching the development direction and way-out of electronic medical records.We should confirm its law status as soon as possible,draft standard of norms and carry out practical technology for pushing health development of electronic medical records.
