摘　　要：目的:探讨髋部术后深静脉血栓形成的护理情况。方法:回顾性分析52例髋部手术后深静脉血栓形成临床和护理体会。结果:52例髋部手术后深静脉血栓形成6例手术治疗,46例非手术治疗,经积极治疗和护理,全部好转出院。结论:髋部术后易导致深静脉血栓形成,应进行预防及护理干预。Objective： To Explore the hips postoperative nursing of deep venous thrombosis（DVT）.Methods： 52 cases were retrospectively analyzed after a hip operation of DVT clinical and nursing experience.Results： 52 cases with a hip operation of DVT,6 cases of surgical treatment,46 patients with non-operative treatment,via active treatment and nursing,all of the patient was discharged with a better health condition.Conclusion： Hip postoperative can cause of DVT,which should undertake prevention and nursing intervention.
