摘　　要：目的:为规范门诊处方,保证用药安全,依据《处方管理办法》规定的处方点评格式。方法:对某院3840张门诊处方进行质控分析。结果:处方问题主要表现为一般差错,如字迹难辨认、使用非通用名、处方有缺陷及不合理用药,如使用抗菌药无指征、联合用药无指征、剂量超时限、抗菌药使用超权限等。结论:针对问题提出了对策。Objective： To standard the writing of prescription,and secure the drug safety.Methods： Based on the Administrative Rules on Prescription promulgated by the Ministry of Health in 2007,we evaluated the 3840 pieces of outpatient and emergency prescriptions which selected randomly in our hospital.Results： The general errors in prescriptions were illegible handwriting,irregular drug name using,defective prescription et al.The irrational use of drugs in prescriptions such as no indication of use of antimicrobial drugs,no indication of drug combination,the amount of drug over time,antibiotic use of ultra-authority et al.Conclusion： We propose some measures to tackle the problems to further improve the quality of prescriptions in our hospital.
