慢性粒单核细胞白血病急粒变1例报道及文献复习

摘　　要：目的:通过对CMML的诊断、分型以及治疗的探讨提高对CMML的认识。方法:报告1例CMML,结合文献进行分析讨论。结果:患者确诊为CMML后虽予以积极常规化疗但效果欠佳,很快急变而后死亡。结论:CMML是一种具有较大变异性的少见血液病,急变率高,对常规治疗反应性差、病死率高,DCA及FLT3抑制剂是一种新的治疗方法。Objective： Investigation of the diagnosis,classification and treatment on the chronic myelomonocytic leukemia（CMML）may help to get further understanding in CMML.Methods：Report one case of CMML and review the related literature.Results： CMML was confirmed and the patient although had some active normal treatment but result was unsatisfactory,and the patient changed into bad condition in a short time,finally the patient passed away.Conclusion： CMML is an extremely rare and highly variant blood disease with poor prognosis.Patients have little response to the conventional therapy,and 5-aza-2 deoxycytidine（DCA）and FMS-like tyrosine kinase3（FLT3）inhibitors are the new treatments nowadays.
