摘　　要：分析护理学科发展过程中出现的不安全因素。目前,我国尚无专业的护理安全管理机构,缺乏专业安全评估与预警系统;护理人员的工作压力不断提升,临床药理基地的不断扩大,新药使用的比例逐年增加,护理安全隐患同时凸显。建议建立护理安全管理指标体系,实施护理人员心理援助,加强临床新药使用的安全管理,在适应护理学科发展的同时,提高护理安全管理水平。This paper analyzes the new risks factors emerging in the course of nursing specialty developruent. At present, there is no professional institution of nursing safety management in China and lacked professional safety assessment and early warning systems. With the increase of work pressure of nurses rising and the proportion of new drugs, the safety problems of nursing have become more and more serious. Based on these, this paper puts forward the following suggestions, including developing the index system of nursing safety management, providing psychological assistance to nurses, and strengthening safety management of new drugs in clinical use, so as to adapt the development of nursing and improve the level of nursing safety management.
