摘　　要：文章综述了术中压疮的危险因素,包括患者本身因素、物理因素及手术因素等。在此基础上,提出了加强术前访视和全面评估、选择合理的手术体位、术中按摩、术中保暖及防潮等对策,期望能有效降低术中压疮的发生。The paper summarized the intraoperative risk factor of pressure ulcer,including the factors of patients status,physical factors,operation factors and so on. Based on this, strengthening preoperative interview and comprehensive evaluation, choosing reasonable operation position,intraoperative massage,intra- operative keeping warm, protection against the tide and so on were put forward so as to decrease the oecurenee of intraoperative pressure ulcer effectively.
