摘 要:目的探讨对学龄期哮喘患儿人性化服务的方法与效果。方法将65例哮喘急性发作患儿按单双号分为实验组和对照组,两组患儿均由专科护士给予哮喘和雾化知识认知指导,在此基础上,实验组给予院外延伸人性化服务,把空气压缩泵借给患儿回家使用,示范雾化操作过程和吸入技术,电话随访了解病情变化和生活指导及预约随诊。结果实验组患儿治疗依从性及按时随诊率好于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人性化服务能够提高患儿治疗依从性和随诊率。Objective To investigate the methods and effects of humanistic nursing services applied in school - age children with asthma. Methods According to the odd and even numbers, 65 asthma children were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Both the two groups received specialist nurses" guidance about asthma and inhalation therapy knowdelge. In addition, the experimental group received extended services outside the hospital, including lending compressed air pumps,inhalation operating demonstration, and telephone follow - up. Results The rates of treatment compliance and timely follow - up in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Humananistic nursing services can improve asthma children's treatment compliance and the rate of follow - up.
