摘　　要：针对实际操作中常用的动物基因组DNA提取方法所面临的一些不足,对CTAB法进行改进,将其运用于动物基因组DNA的提取。结果表明,改进后的CTAB法具有时间短、质量高、成本低的优点,与实验教学中植物DNA和RNA提取的方法相一致,使分子生物学教学用品一体化,价格低廉化,效果改进,是一个不仅可以用于研究,也可以大规模用于实验教学的好方法。Due to some defects existed in DNA extraction method from animal tissues used in routine lab work,an improved CTAB was used in genomic DNA extraction from animal tissues.The results indicated that the improved CTAB method had privileges of short time span,higher quality of DNA product,low cost,and convenient for molecular biology lab teaching,in which the same method was also used in DNA and RNA extraction from plant,making it a systematic method in the lab teaching.And thus,CTAB method was a method not only used in research,but also used in large scale lab teaching.
