摘　　要：针对计算机专业实践教学动手能力和创新能力不足的问题,对学校、科研单位及企业三方参与的合作教学进行调研,对产学研教学内容和方法进行探索,对校企优势相补的良好合作机制及计算机专业实践教学评价体系进行研究,依据研究成果,比较、分析产学研创新型人才培养模式,以实现学生的有效就业。Aiming at problem lack of innovation ability existing in computer majors practice teaching,according to the situation of universities,research institutes and enterprises participating in the co-teaching.The reform of teaching contents and methods for Industry-Academia-Research（IAR） is carried out,and the cooperation mechanisms of school-enterprise is developed,and the computer majors evaluation system of practice teaching is built.Combining research results with practical teaching,the training pattern of IAR creative talent which can achieve effective employment of students is compared and analyzed.
