根痛平胶囊中甘草酸的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立根痛平胶囊中甘草酸的含量测定方法.方法采用高效液相色谱法Kromasil C18色谱柱(200×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.2 mol/L醋酸铵-冰醋酸(29:71:1)为流动相;流速1.0ml/ml;检测波长为250 nm.结果甘草酸单铵盐浓度在19μg/ml～304μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99998),平均回收率为100.66%,RSD 1.06%.结论该方法简便、准确、重复性较好,结果可靠,可用于根痛平胶囊的质量控制.Objective： To establish an accurate method for glycyrrihizic acid of Gentongping Capsules. Method： Kromasil C 18（200×4.6mm,5μm）, with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-ammonium acetate-acetic acid （29：71：1）, the detection wave lenghth is set at 250 nm, and the flow rate is 1.0 ml·min ^-1 Result： The concentration of Glycyrrhizic acid ammonium salt shows a good linearity in the range of 19μg/ml - 304μg/ml. And the average recovery of the method is 100.66% （RSD 1.06 %, n=9）. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate, repeatable and reliable for determination of glycyrrihizic acid.
