紫外分光光度法测定右佐匹克隆片的含量

摘　　要：目的建立右佐匹克隆片的含量测定方法.方法以0.1molL-1盐酸为溶剂,用紫外分光光度法直接测定右佐匹克隆片中右佐匹克隆的含量.结果右佐匹克隆浓度与吸光度在2.5～25.0μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,辅料不干扰测定,测定方法的精密度、重现性、回收率良好.结论该方法简便、准确,可用于右佐匹克隆片的质量控制.Objective： To determine the contents in Esopiclone tablets by UV spectrophotometry. Method： Taking 0.1mol·L^-1 hydrochloric acid as solvent, this paper uses UV spectrophotometric method to determine the contents of Eszopiclone in Eszopiclone tablets. Result： The calibration curve is linear （r = 0.9999） within the range of 2.5～25.0μg·mL-1 for eszopiclone. The specificity, precision, recovery rate and stability are good. Conclusion： This method is convenient and accurate. It can be used in the quality control of Eszopiclone tablets.
