摘　　要：目的:观察小切口皮下搔刮加抽吸治疗腋臭的临床效果与并发症的预防。方法:采用小切口皮下搔刮加抽吸治疗腋臭患者86例并术后回访6～12个月。结果:86例患者中,痊愈84例,显效1例,有效1例,总有效率100%。结论:小切口皮下搔刮加抽吸治疗腋臭具有疗效好,复发率低,手术并发症少等优点。Objective： To explore an effective method for radical correction of axillary osmidrosis. Methods ： 86 patients of osmidrosis were treated by mini - incision to subcutaneous curettage and aspiration, and studied the efforts for 6 -12 months. Results： Among the 86 patients, 84 cases were completely cured, 1 cases were significantly effective, 1 cases were effectual with a total cure rate as 100%. Conclusions ： Mini-incision to subcutaneous curettage and aspiration is a effective method for radical correc- tion of osmidrosis.
