择期腭裂患者围手术期人文关怀对传统健康教育的促进

摘　　要：目的:研究择期手术患者术前护理中进行人文关怀对健康教育的促进作用。方法:随机化设立实验组和对照组,实验组采取真诚对待患者、认真揣摩患者心理,加强有效沟通等人文关怀措施,结合患者个性特征进行针对性强的健康教育,并通过问卷调查等方法比较研究健康教育的效果。结果:通过人文关怀下的健康教育,就诊者与医护人员交流的意愿和对健康相关知识的认知程度有明显提高;并较好地树立起疾病自我护理、预防以及健康促进意识。结论:在择期手术患者术前护理中进行人文关怀下的健康教育,有利于医护质量改进、疾病防治和健康促进。Objective:To study the preoperative patients undergoing elective surgery for humane care nursing role in promoting health education.Methods:The randomized set up an experimental group and control group,the experimental group to take in good faith with patients and seriously try to figure out mental patients,to enhance human care measures such as effective communication,personality characteristics of patients with targeted health education,and through comparison of questionnaire the effect of health education.Results:The health education under human care,doctor who wishes to communicate with the medical staff and health-related knowledge,awareness has significantly improved;and establish better disease self-care,prevention and health promotion awareness.Conclusion:In patients undergoing elective surgery in the preoperative care and health education under human care,is conducive to improving quality of health care,disease prevention and health promotion.
