广西湿地立法保护的思考与建议

摘　　要：广西湿地资源丰富,但随着经济的快速发展,广西湿地生态系统受到严重的威胁。通过总结广西湿地的实际情况,结合国内的湿地立法进展,分析广西湿地保护的法律现状及存在的问题,提出了广西湿地保护立法的架构和一些建议,为广西湿地立法提供借鉴,以更好地保护广西湿地生态系统。Guangxi is rich in wetland resources.Wetland ecosystem is under severe threat with the rapid development of economy.This paper tries to summarize the actual situation of wetlands in Guangxi,and identify problems and current the status of legislation for waetland protection in Guangxi by reviewing the progress made in wetland legislation in China.A legislation framework and suggestions were proposed for better protection of wetland ecosystems,which can be taken as a basis for legislation for wetland protection in Guangxi.
