黄芩种子质量与黄芩药材产量、质量关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芩种子质量对黄芩药材产量、质量的影响。方法:测定不同来源黄芩种子的粒度大小、千粒重、发芽率和发芽势,进行初步分级,采用随机区组排列方式进行小区种植试验,测定其药材形态指标、根鲜重及其含量。结果:1年生的栽培黄芩根中黄芩苷含量符合《中国药典》标准,不同级别种子栽培黄芩性状与根鲜重及含量有所差异。结论:种子粒度大小与千粒重具有一定的相关性,种子千粒重与发芽率和发芽势之间并不一定呈相关性,不同级别的黄芩种子质量与生物性状特征、根鲜重及药材有效成分含量等不呈现显著相关性。Objective： To study effects of the seed quality of Scutellaria baicalensis on the production and quality of this medical material. Methods： To divide a preliminary classification by particle size, thousand seed weight, germination rate and germination energy of seeds from different cuhivante areas, after seeds grown with random arrangement, to determine their morphological indicators of medical material, root fresh weight and their content. Results： The content of baicalin with one-year old medical material reached the pharmacopoeia standard, different seed in grade has differences in character, root fresh weight and content. Conclusion： The seed grain size and thousand seed weight have some correlation, but seed weight, germination rate and germination energy were not necessarily correlation. The correlation was no obvious between character, seed quality, root fresh weight and the content.
