摘　　要：舟曲泥石流发生后，省级紧急医疗救援中心参与了灾害的现场紧急医疗救援和伤员的长途转运工作。泥石流伤员的救援有其特点及原则，由于灾区的医疗资源有限及遭到不同程度破坏，大多伤员要及时长途转送到设备条件较好的医院进行救治，这也是灾害医疗救援的重点之一。而伤员转运的组织实施与协调，转运方式的选择，医疗人员及设备，转运途中患者病情的观察及处理，到达目的地后患者的交接等都是伤员安全成功转运的保证。After ZhouQu debris slow happened, as province emergency medical center, We participated in the disaster emergency medical rescue and long-distance transport on the wounded in the disaster, the patients should promptly be transported to the hospital for further treatment nearby, Especially critical patients. There are many factors effecting the success of the wounded ,including implement,co-ordination,mode, vehicles, equipment, observation and treatment.
