数字医疗技术在海上医疗救治中的应用研究

摘　　要：数字医疗技术在海上医疗救治中的应用，是在海上特殊条件下提高医疗救治效率和诊治水平，实现海上远程医学的有效手段。通过建立海上远程医学中心，设计海上远程通讯链路，利用传感器技术采集海上医疗救治和伤员转运过程中的各项生理数据，建立起一体化海上临床数据中心，进行海上医疗救治平台与陆地医院的信息共享交换，实现海上远程医学中心对海上医疗救护的远程支持。数字医疗技术在海上医疗救治过程中应用，因其具有灵活性好、适用性广、实时性强、可靠性高等特点，为提高海上医疗保障能力发挥了重要的作用。It is an effective means for navy medical treatment efficiency by application of Digital Medical Technology, especially for enhance the diagnosis and treatment ability, and realize telemedicine at sea. It can be collected via technique such as sensors during the process of medical treatment at sea and transfer of the wounded through the establishment of remote medical center and the design of maritime telecommunications link, various biological data. Thus, a synchronized maritime clinic data center can be establish for information exchange between the maritime treatment platform and the hospital on land. The application of digital medical technology in maritime medical treatment plays a significant role in enhancing the medical support capability for the characteristic of digital medical technology.
