摘 要:目的适应未来海战伤员的检伤救治要求,实现海战伤员伤情与救治信息的快速采集、存储和传输,对海上批量伤员的快速分类,进行伤员信息自动化管理。方法以RFID作为伤票信息载体,以PDA作为信息录入平台,以C/S/S作为系统架构,以Zigbee模块无线通信接口作为生理信号采集接口,实现海上伤员电子伤票系统。结果海军电子伤票系统能够适应海战时致伤特点及环境因素,快速地进行批量伤员的战伤评估和分类,实现信息管理自动化。结论海军电子伤票系统实现了伤员信息的智能化管理,保证伤员救治的时效性和连续性,有效提升了海战伤员救护的信息化水平。Objective To design and construction of Navy Electronic Medical Tag System adapt to future naval wounded soldiers triage treatment requirements, including implement last data collection, storage and transmitting, make fast classification on the batch wounded at sea and information automation management. Methods With RFID as medical tag information carrier, with PDA as information recorded platform, with C/S/S as system structure, with wireless communication interface as Zigbee module physiological signal acquisition interface, Constitute navy electronic medical tag system. Results Navy electronic medical tag system can adapt to the injury characteristics and environmental factors of sea-war wound, rapid batch wounded assessment and classification, to achieve information management automation.Conclusion Navy electronic medical tag system achieve the intelligent management of the wounded, Ensure timeliness and continuity of treatment, Effectively promoted the informationization level of naval wounded rescue.
