摘　　要：Four 12 week old barrows were ileorectomised. The apparent digestibilities of amino acids were determined at 4,9,11,13,18 and 28 weeks post surgery.From 4 to 28 weeks post surgery,the apparent digestibilities of Ala, Asp, Glu, Gly, Ile, Leu, Met, Phe, Tyr,Val and ∑EAA,∑NEAA,∑AA,were relatively constant (P>0.01),the apparent digestibility of Arg, Cys, His, Lys, Pro, Ser and Thr were fluctuating.All these results didn’t show any relationship of amino acid apparent digestibility with the time post surgery.This results indicated that there were many factors influencing the digestibilities of amino acids,and the necessity and aging must be concerned in determining endogenious amino acids.Four 12 week old barrows were ileorectomised.
