摘　　要：针对目前我国流域水环境监测质量管理存在的问题,设想了涵盖制度体系、技术体系、指标体系、评价体系、物质体系和网络体系等较为完整的流域水环境全过程质量管理体系构架,并强调了该构架中近期应重点解决的问题。To solve the problems occurred in the recent quality management on water monitoring in drainage area, the structure of a whole procedure quality management system including parts of regulation, technique, index, evaluation, material and web is proposed, and the key points to be solved in the above parts are strengthened.
