摘　　要：阁臣是出现于明代的一个特殊官僚群体,在明代的政治舞台上扮演着近似于"宰相"而又不可能是"宰相"的角色。通过对明代阁臣由来及构成的分析,可以增进我们对明朝中央权力中枢运转模式的认识,深化对明代政治的理解。Cabinet minister appeared in Ming dynasty is a special bureaucratic groups, it plays similar to ＂prime minister＂,in the Ming dynasty political stage, and it can＇t be a ＂prime minister＂ role. This paper through the causes and structure of Cabinet minister of Ming Dynasty, which can help us know more about the central operation mode and central authority of the Ming dynasty, and deepen the understuding of the Ming Dynasty polity.
