摘 要:36头杜洛克×DⅣ杂交猪随机分为3组,在等能等氮的基础上,以玉米-豆粕日粮为对照组(第1组),“双低”菜粕替代50%豆粕为试验组,并分别以总赖氨酸和可消化赖氨酸配合日粮,配合成2组试验日粮(第2组和第3组)。试验结果表明:在试验前期,对照组平均日增重最快,为(778±26.2)g,第3组比之,为(735.5±31.1)g,第2组较慢,为(717.3±50.9)g(P>0.05)。在试验后期,各组生长情况是,第3组(785.5±46.7)g最好,第2组(738.2±45.4)g次之,第1组(717.1±39.2)g最慢,组间差异也不显著(P>0.05)。胴体瘦肉率3组间差异不显著。由于使用了双低菜粕,第2组和第3组每千克增重成本明显低于对照组,经济效益明显好于对照组。Thirty-six Duroc × DⅣ piglets, at the mean age of 78 ~ 79 days, were assigned to 6 crates, each of which contained 6 pigs. 3 diets, which were isoenergetic and isoproteinic, were allotted to 2 crates randomly. The diet for the control group (group 1) was comprised of corn-soybean meal, while the diets for experimental groups (group 2 and group 3) were with 50% of substitution of double low rapeseed meal for soybean meal, however, the diet for group 2 was formulated on the basis of total lysine, on the other hand, the diet for group 3 on the basis of ileal di-gestible lysine. The results showed that the average daily gain(ADG) ranked group 1, group 3, and group 2 in the growing period (P>0.05); in the finishing period; the rank for ADG was group 3, group 2, and group 1 (P> 0.05) in the finishing period. The differences among the groups for the lean meat percentage were insignificant (P>0.05). From the point-view of profit, the experimental group were much better than the control one because of the use of double-low rapeseed meal.
