摘　　要：饲料中添加６．５％～１０％的含游离棉酚为０．０１０１％～０．０１６４％的发酵脱毒棉粕，鸡的产蛋率提高０．０３％～４．０３％。其中添加７．６６％的发酵脱毒棉粕的饲料，其经济效益最好，１０００ｇ蛋成本降低０．１７３２元、料蛋比由２．６２８７降到２．５２５０。试验组和对照组的鸡血清谷雨转氨酶活性、总蛋白含量、清蛋白和球蛋白的相对含量、清蛋白和球蛋白之比均差异不显著。说明饲喂脱毒棉粕的鸡，其肝脏和其他组织的功能正常、健康。The article studies the feeding hens with fermented cottonseed meal of shedding gossypolby fungus S9606 which substitutes part of bean meal. The paper also analyses the main biochemistryindex for the serum of hens. When the fermented cottonseed meal of 6.5%-10% with gossypol of0.0101%-0.0164% is added to the feed, the rate of eggs increases by 0.03%-4.03%. Whenfermented cottonseed meal of shedding gossypol of 7.66% is added to the feed, the economic effectis the bet, the cost price of every eggs/kg decreases by 0. 1732 Yuan, the feed-eggs ratio from 2.6287 decreases to 2. 5250. In the hen serum of the experimental group and the control group, the activity of GPT, the contents of total proteins, contrary percentage of albumins and globulins and the albumin-globulin ratios were not significant. The result indicates that feeding hens with fermentedcottonseed meal of shedding gossypol by fungus S9606, the functions of their hepars and other organsare normal and healthy.
