摘　　要：随着北京经济的发展与国际影响力的提升,国际化进程步入更高阶段,为此北京市政府明确提出建设世界城市、打造国际商贸中心城市的目标。物流业作为北京市的支柱产业,其发展水平与层次直接影响着世界城市目标的实现。当前,北京市在物流基础设施、物流信息技术、物流法律法规、物流人才培养等方面取得了长足进步,但与北京国际商贸中心城市建设的目标以及国外世界城市物流业发展水平相比还存在很大差距。文章提出,为进一步推动北京市物流业发展,把北京建设成为物流服务水平一流,具有国际资源配置和国际商务服务功能的国际性物流枢纽城市、多式联运中心和供应链管理中心,应成立专门的物流职能部门,制定并落实有利于物流业发展的政策;构建无缝对接、多管齐下的联运管理模式;出台零售战略规划,通过需求的增长带动物流业的发展;兼并重组实现物流企业高规模、高质量、高水平、高标准的服务;整合并有效利用物流基础设施;开阔思路,发挥行业协会的支持、辅助和桥梁作用;加快物流人才培养步伐,实现高技能人才培养的层次性。Beijing government clearly puts forward the goals of building the world city and the international business center city. As the pillar industry of Beijing, the logistics industry will have the direct influence on the realization of the gold in terms of the level of development. At present, we have made great achievements in logistic infrastructure, IT, law and regulation, and the cultivation of talented person for the logistics industry. But comparing to other advanced countries and the gold of building an international business center city, we still lagged far behind. The author puts forward that, to further promote the development of Beijing＇s logistics industry and upgrade the logistic service level, we should, first, set up the special functions for logistics and formulate and carry out policies being beneficial for the development of logistics; second, we should implement multimode transportation; third, we should introduce the strategic plan of retailing and lead the development of logistics industry with the help of the growing demand; fourth, we should realize the large scale, high quality, high level and high standard service with the help of M＆A; fifth, we should integrate and take advantage of logistic infrastructure; sixth, we should give full play to the supporting and bridging role of industrial association; and seventh, we should cultivate more professionals.
