黛棉丽染料绒棉同浴染色性能研究

摘　　要：选用黛棉丽染料三原色黄CL-2R、红CL-5B、蓝HF-RL,分别对16.7 tex×2羊绒纱和28.1 tex×2棉纱同浴染色,采用3种工艺方法,保证染料总用量1%(owf)不变,染色过程中分阶段加入不同的染料量,达到绒与棉得色相近、色差最小的效果,且色牢度合格。再按照优选工艺对深色(三拼色)进行实验,从而确定浅、中和深色的最佳工艺。该工艺大大缩短了传统2种染料两浴法染色的时间,简化了工艺,使染浴条件温和,保护了纤维的性能。是一种创新性的染色工艺,对指导企业生产有重要意义。Three dyeing processes are tested for dyeing blened in the proportion of 1∶1 of 16.7 tex×2 cashmere yarn and 28.1 tex×2 cotton yarn in one bath with three primary colors of Drameren yellow CL-2R,red CL-5B and blue HF-RL separately,which make each shade as close as possible on both cashmere and cotton with lowest color deffirence and qualitified color fastness by using total amount of 1%（owf） dyes and setting add of dyes each steps,then more tests are carried out for dark shades（three color match）and find out optimum dyeing process of light,medium and dark shades.This technology can save time,simplify process,enhance quality of fibers.It is of creativeness and signification.
