摘 要:织物成形性不但是构成视觉艺术风格的重要因素,也是织物服用性能中的一大研究主题。为了进一步研究织物构成要素对织物成形性的影响,提出一种基于三群判别法的机织物成形性与纱线捻系数关系的研究方法。首先试织了10个种类线密度相同但纬纱捻系数不同的毛精纺织物,测试每块织物的基本力学指标,计算判别值及其款式适合类型;其次采用曲线拟合和模糊动态聚类得出机织物成形性变化程度和纱线捻系数之间的关系式;最后通过常权方法确立了机织物成形性变化方向和纱线捻系数之间的关系。Fabric formability is not only one of the important factors of visual art,but also a research topic of fabric wearability.To further study the impact of fabric elements on formability,a new approach to the relationship between woven formability and yarn twist factor based on discriminant equation is proposed.Firstly we weave 10 kinds of worsted fabrics which are the same in thickness of yarn but different in twist factor of weft yarn,then test the basic mechanics index and calculate the discriminate value and suitable style.Secondly the relationship between fabric formability variation degree and yarn twist factor is obtained by curve fitting and fuzzy dynamic clustering.Lastly the relationship between fabric formability variation direction and yarn twist factor is got by the constant weights.
