摘  要:对皇甫川流域两种优势藓类光合特性进行了比较研究.结果表明:褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum)的叶绿素a、叶绿素b及类胡萝卜素含量均高于直叶灰藓(Hyp-num vaucheri)的这些光合色素含量,其叶绿素a与叶绿素b比值为1.78,而直叶灰藓的叶绿素a与叶绿素b比值为1.93;褶叶青藓净光合速率日程变化呈单峰曲线形,而直叶灰藓净光合速率日程变化呈双峰曲线形,有"午休现象";两种藓类光饱和点和光补偿点均较低,具有阴生植物光合特点;在自然脱水情况下,在90min内直叶灰藓和褶叶青藓水分含量降到20.69%和15.56%,但仍保持32.96%和38.78%的光合速率;复水90min后其水分含量基本恢复到正常水平,光合速率也分别恢复到较正常水平的98.61%和96.96%,具有明显的复苏植物特性.The photosynthetic characteristics of two dominant mosses in Huangfuchuan watershed were compared. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoids of Brachythecium salebrosum was higher than that of Hypnurn vaucheri ,while the chla/chlb ratio of Brachythecium salebrosum was lower than that of Hypnurn vaucheri. The diurnal variation in net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of Hypnum vaucheri showed a simple curve with a single peak,but that of the Brachythecium salebrosum presented a double peak, which revealed that the Brachythecium salebrosum had a slight "midday depression". The light saturation point(LSP)and light compensation point(LCP)of the two kinds of mosses were low, with the skiophyte photosynthetic charicteristics. After 90 min' s natural dehydration, the water content of Hypnurn vaucheri and Brachythecium salebrosum decreased to 20.69% and 15.56%,and the photosynthetic rate reduced to 32.96% and 38.78% of the normal level. After 90min rehydration,the water content of the mosses recovered approximately and the photosynthetic rates of them returned to 98.61% and 96.96%of their normal levels respectively, which showed that the plants had high ability of recovery after drought stress.
