摘 要:目的探讨自我管理教育对永久性结肠造口患者自我护理能力的影响,明确有效的护理方法。方法 对40例接受永久性结肠造口术的患者在常规护理基础上进行自我管理教育,并于出院时、出院后1个月及3个月采用一般资料调查问卷、疾病知识掌握情况调查表及自我护理能力实施量表(exercise of self-care agency,ESCA)进行问卷调查。结果实施自我管理教育提高了患者疾病相关知识的知、信、行水平,有效改善了结肠造口患者对疾病知识的掌握和自我护理能力。患者各时段ESCA总分、自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平存在差异,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自我管理教育的干预护理模式能提高结肠造口患者的自我护理能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of self-management education on the self-care agency in patients with permanent colostomy.Method Forty patients after permanent colostomy received self-management education.They were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about disease-related knowledge and the exercise of self-care agency(ESCA) at that discharge day,one month and three months after discharge.Results The self-management education improved patients' disease related knowledge,attitude and self-care agency.The total score and each factor scores of ESCA scale were all significanlty improved after self-management education(P〈0.01).Conclusion Self-management education can improve the self-care agency in patients with permanent colostomy.
