摘　　要：总结了59例胸、腹主动脉人工血管置换的手术配合。术前做好手术间、特殊器械和物品的准备工作。术中巡回护士实施安全有效的体位管理、体温调节及输血管理,器械护士根据手术进程密切配合医生,保证手术顺利完成。This paper summarizes intraoperative care of 59 patients receiving artificial blood vessel replacement surgery for treatment of thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysm.The key points before the surgery focused on preparation of the operating room,special equipments and materials.During the operation,the running nurse positioned patients safely and effectively,paid close attention to temperature regulation and blood transfusion,and the scrub nurse cooperated on the operation process,assistant the surgon properly.
