摘 要:通过石英晶体微天平(QCM)研究不同最外层对单体、交联剂、引发剂扩散入多层膜的结果显示,聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为最外层的多层膜更有利于负电荷分子扩散.将(聚乙烯亚胺/聚丙烯酸)12-聚乙烯亚胺[(PEI/PAA)12-PEI]多层膜浸入带有单体、引发剂、交联剂的溶液后,经过光聚合交联与热交联后可形成自支撑膜.XPS数据显示多层膜的上下表面组分一致,证明双网络多层膜的形成,而不是只在多层膜表面形成一层水凝胶涂层.并且自支撑膜的杨氏模量为0.04 MPa,最大应变为2.7%.这种方法在不改变多层膜厚度的情况下,提高了多层膜的韧性,制得了自支撑膜.Getting inspiration of excellent mechanical properties of double network hydrogels,we explored to prepare a free-standing multilayer film with double network structure.The diffusion of the monomer,crosslinker,especially the initiator into the multilayer with different outermost layer was investigated by quartz crystal microbalance(QCM).The positive charged outmost layer of polyethylenimine(PEI) was proved to be beneficial to the diffusion of negatively charged initiator into the multilayer.A free-standing film can be formed by immersing the(PEI/PAA)12-PEI multilayer film in a solution consisting of monomer,initiator and crosslinker,following with a double crosslink process via photo and thermal polymerization.XPS data show that the upper and bottom surfaces of multilayers have similar components.Instead of a top hydorgel coating on the multilayer surface,the data proved the formation of a double network multilayer.The Young's modulus and ultimate strain of the free-standing film were 0.04 MPa and 2.7%,respectively.This method provides a facile method to improve the resilience of the multilayer and fabricate the free-standing film without changing the thickness of the multilayers.
