摘 要:大型数控装备具有单件加工周期长、加工成本高等特点,一旦其发生加工故障将会给企业带来巨大经济损失.为此,从数控装备加工过程动力学建模的角度出发研究了工艺可靠性仿真方法首先建立了数控装备铣削加工过程的非线性动力学模型,以分析不同工艺条件下数控装备铣削加工性能.在此基础上,采用支持向量回归机,建立了数控装备铣削加工性能映射模型及其工艺可靠性仿真模型.最后,以数控七轴五联动车铣复合加工机床为对象开展了实例仿真分析.仿真结果表明该方法能够较好地识别数控装备加工过程中不同工艺参数的调整对其工艺可靠性的影响.Since large machine tool has some characteristics of longer processing cycle and higher processing cost and would bring huge financial losses to enterprises if processing fault happened, a novel simulation method for the process reliability of the machine tool was proposed in the paper from the dynamic model point of view. First of all, the nonlinear dynamic model of a milling process was built in order to analyze the performance of the milling process with different technological conditions. On this basis, a mapping model of the process performance and a simulation model of the process reliability were respectively established using support vector regression algorithm. Finally, a case study was implemented on seven-five axis lathe-milling machine tool. It have been shown that the effect of technological parameters on the process reliability might be deduced using the method proposed in the paper.
