摘 要:目的检测淄博和青岛地区107例铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Pa)临床分离株毒力基因存在情况。方法用ATB系统鉴定Pa;PCR法检测分离菌株exoU、exoS、pcrV、exoT以及exoY 5种毒力基因。结果 exoU和exoS 2种基因在分离菌株中相互排斥;黏液型与非黏液型Pa菌株5种毒力基因的阳性率无显著性差异(P>0.05);淄博地区Pa毒力基因exoU阳性率高于青岛地区(P<0.01),exoS阳性率低于青岛地区(P<0.05)。结论 exoU和exoS 2种基因可能占据相同的染色体位点,两者不能共存;Pa黏液型与非黏液型的毒力基因携带情况相似;Pa毒力基因携带存在一定的地域性差别。Objectives To detect and analyze the virulence genes of 107 clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Pa) from two hospitals in Zibo and Qingdao districts.Methods ATB assay system was used to identify the Pa strains.Five virulence genes exoU,exoS,pcrV,exoT and exoY were amplified by polymerase chain reaction.Results The occurrences of exoU and exoS gene were mutually rejected in all the isolates.No significant difference for the distributions of the five virulence genes was found between the mucous and non-mucous types of Pa isolates(P0.05).The incidence of exoU in Zibo district was significantly higher than that in Qingdao(P0.01),while the positive rate of exoS in Zibo district was significantly lower than that in Qingdao(P0.05).Conclusions exoU and exoS may occupy the same chromosomal loci,therefore they can not coexist in the identical isolate of Pa.The distribution of virulence genes in both the mucous and non-mucous types of Pa isolates was similar.The distribution of virulence genes in Pa may show geographic difference.
