酶催化拆分外消旋醇的研究

摘　　要：该文选用猪肝酯酶（ＰＬＥ） 和猪胰酯酶（ＰＰＬ） 分别在水相和有机溶剂中，用选择性水解和酯交换两种方法对几种外消旋醇进行了拆分，所获产物的光学纯度多数达９０％ ｅ．ｅ．以上。In this paper, we have established two process on the resolution of several racemic alcohols, one is stereoselective hydrolysis of racemic esters catalyzed by PLE (pig liver esterase) in aqueous media, the other is stereoselective transesterfication catalyzed by PPL (porcine pancreas lipase) in organic solvent. The optical purity of most of our products are greater than 90%e.e.。
