摘 要:对氟苯丙氨酸(4 - Fluoro- DL- β- Phenylalanine)通常被认为是苯丙氨酸的竞争抑制剂。它对恶性疟原虫的生长有明显的抑制作用。在1 ×10 - 3 mol/L 的用药浓度下,可以有效地损伤约氏原虫( Plasmodium yoelii) 使之在形态结构上出现一系列的变化。主要是膜结构的损伤,此外还有空囊泡的出现和疟色素的变型。Fluoro-DL-β-Phenylalanine, as the competing inhibition of phenylalanine showed a great effect on the growth of Plasmodium yoelii. Under the concentration of 1×10 -3 mol/L, the structure of multilaminal pellicular complex was changed a lot.
