康复新液对动物实验性烧烫伤创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液对大鼠烧伤和家兔烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法 40只SD大鼠和24只家兔,雌雄各半,随机分为4组,分别为模型组、阳性对照组、康复新低剂量组及高剂量组。采用乙醇燃烧法建立大鼠皮肤深Ⅱ度烧伤模型、点状温热烫伤法建立家兔皮肤深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,模型组予0.9%氯化钠溶液、阳性对照组予磺胺嘧啶银乳膏、高剂量组予康复新原液、低剂量组予1/2康复新原液,均匀涂抹烧烫伤创面皮肤,每日3次,连续14天,观察各组不同时间创面愈合情况及病理组织学检查。结果高剂量组大鼠各时间点烧伤创面面积均明显小于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01);给药第7天,低剂量组烧伤创面面积明显小于模型组(P<0.05)。家兔烫伤试验,康复新给药第10,14天,高剂量组、低剂量组烫伤创面面积明显小于模型组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液对促进大鼠皮肤烧伤、家兔皮肤烫伤创面愈合作用显著。Objective To study the influence of Kangfuxin Liquid（Liquid for healing the burns and scalds）on the experimental rat burns and rabbit scalds.Methods Forty SD rats and 24 rabbits,half male and half female,were evenly randomized into 4 groups,including model group,positive control group,and Kangfuxin Liquid low-dose and high-dose groups.Using alcohol burning method to make rat skin deep Ⅱ degree burn models and using punctuate scalding method to make rabbit skin deep Ⅱ degree scald models.The model group was applied normal saline externally,the positive control group was given ulfadiazine silver creame.Kangfuxin high-dose and low-dose group were given Kangfuxin Liquid of primary and half-concentration.Kangfuxin Liquid was applied to the wounded skin,3 times a day,14 days in succession.The healing of the wound was observed.Results From the fourth day of Kangfuxin Liquid application,the burned area of rat in high-dose group was significantly smaller than that of the model group（P0.05）.From the seventh day of Kangfuxin Liquid application,the burned area of rat in high-and low-dose groups was significantly smaller than that of the model group（P0.05）.From the tenth day of Kangfuxin Liquid application,the scalded area of rabbit in high-and low-dose groups was significantly smaller than that of the model group（P0.05）.The tissue repairing of both experiments was significantly better than that of the model group.Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid is significantly improving the wound healing of rat burns and rabbit scalds.
