摘 要:采用芘荧光探针,通过对比分析芘第一振动峰(I1,373 nm处)和第三振动峰(I3,384 nm处)的荧光强度之比(I1/I3)在不同乳化剂配比[m(AS)∶m(OP)]、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量及pH条件下的变化规律,利用其斜率的绝对值|K|表征了聚合反应速率,并结合单体转化率,对丙烯酸酯乳液聚合工艺进行了优化。研究结果显示:当乳化剂配比、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量及pH分别为2∶1(质量比)、5%(占单体总质量的质量分数,下同)、0.7%及pH=3时,得到的乳液具有优良的综合性能,表明荧光探针技术可用于优化丙烯酸酯乳液的聚合工艺。:Relationships between the ratio of composite emulsifiers, amounts of composite emulsifiers, amounts of initiator( KPS), pH values and the intensity ratio of the first vs. the third peak (I1/l3 ) in the fluorescence spectrum of pyrene were discussed during the emulsion polymerization process. The optimization of polymerization reaction of acrylic emulsion were completed effectively by analyzing the absolute value of the slope of I1/I3 ( | K| ) and the conversion. The experimental results revealed that a good performance emulsion was obtained while m( AS): m(OP) =2: 1, the mass ratio of composite emulsifier vs. monomer was 5%, the mass ratio of initiator vs. monomer was 0. 7%, and pH = 3 be effectively used to optimize the polymerization process of respectively. Therefore, the pyrenyl probes can acrylic emulsion.
