摘 要:介绍氨基模塑料的基本生产工艺流程,探索固化剂、含水量、填料及成型工艺条件对氨基模塑料冲击性能的影响。结果表明,随着复配固化剂含量的增加,试样的缺口冲击强度呈现出先上升后急速下降的趋势;控制氨基模塑料的含水量为4%,选用中、短阿尔派纤维,可有效保证制品的流动性;随着成型温度和压力的提高,试样的缺口冲击强度呈下降趋势,在较低成型温度、适宜的成型压力和较短的成型时间下,可提高制品的冲击强度。The basic production process of amino moulding plastic was introduced, and the effects of curing agent, water, fillers and processing conditions on the impact property of amino moulding plastic were investigated. The results showed that with the complex curing agent content increased, the notched impact strength of the samples increased and then decreased rapidly. At the same time, 4% water content of amino moulding plastic resulted in the mobility of products, as well as short alpinenec fiber did. Furthermore, with the increasing of moulding temperature and pressure, the notched impact strength of the samples declined. Therefore under the conditions of lower moulding temperature, suitable briquetting pressure and shorter moulding time, the impact strength for the products was improved,
