摘　　要：通过对大岩桐组培试管苗瓶外移栽后的成活率及生长情况的调查，对比所用的３ 种基质及 ３个移栽时间，以找出适用于大岩桐试管苗移栽的基质和时间．试验结果表明：大岩桐试管苗移栽以珍珠岩为基质最好，成活率达到９６７％ ；时间以４ 月份为最好，１１ 月份次之，二者之间相差不大，都达到了 ８０％以上，但在 ８ 月份的移栽效果不好，成活率只有３５３％ ．The best substance and period for transplanting test tube Gloxinia plantlet is found.The survival rate and growing situation of three types of substance and three periods are investigated.The result shows the survival rate of plantlets transplanted in pearl rock could be achieved 96.7%.The best season for transplanting is April,November is next.The survival rate in August only achieves 35.3%.
