摘　　要：解决工程伦理问题,工程师通常需要具备三种基本的伦理素质:伦理意识、伦理规范和伦理决策。大学的工程伦理教育应该培养工科大学生的工程伦理素质,使其具有工程伦理意识、掌握工程伦理规范,并提高他们的工程伦理决策能力。Engineers often need to have three basic qualities, namely the consciousness of ethics, code of ethics and ethical decision making, in order to solve the problem of engineering ethics. Engineering ethics education of university should develop the quality of engineering ethics of the engineering students. And it should also make them have the consciousness of engineering ethics, grasp the code of engineering ethics and improve the decision-making ability of engineering ethics.
